OmniGreen (OG) Labs Dietary Fiber

Fiber fiber fiber! It's good to add to your diet because getting "enough" is relatively hard with a normal diet. I've used Metamucil and other recognizable brands and was excited to give this one a shot. The OmniGreen Labs Fiber supplement came in a nice white container. The fiber dissolved very well in water as well as in a few morning shakes that I made. Pros: • Dissolves quickly and consistently • No discernable taste Cons: • Very effective as a fiber supplement! So uhh, you’re regular. This really isn’t a con. Very nice overall and I am happy with using the rest of this container until it's gone!
